General Dimensions of a Two Piece Ball Valve

There are two versions of the two piece valve. The standard version (standard weight and dimensions) and the compact version (lighter in weight, smaller dimensions). Please note that key specs remain identical – both 1000 PSI WOG. The compact valve, being slightly smaller and lighter allows for a lower price. This enables it to be price competitive against brass ball valves. Being the same price and cleaner (heavy metal free) they are poised to replace their brass counter parts.

Material list - Three Piece Ball Valve

All wetted parts are SS316 and PTFE seals. The advantage of a 3 piece valve is its ability to be easily taken apart for cleaning. The valve can remain threaded onto the pipe, whilst center portion is removed for servicing.
