WHERE DO I ESTIMATE MY SHIPPING COSTS?

Two options exist; whilst SHOPPING (click on the cart icon) or at CHECKOUT:

• Whilst shopping; scroll over the cart icon in the top right-hand corner and select 'view cart':
  • A drop-down box will prompt you to Estimate Shipping and Tax.
  • Select this.
  • Both the Suburb and Postal Code fields need to be completed.
• At checkout your shipping options will be presented for selection.

WHO DO YOU SHIP WITH?

AusPost & StarTrack Couriers are the default shipping options offered on the website.

HOW ARE MY SHIPPING COSTS CALCULATED?

These are weight based at negotiated rates with our suppliers. Your location is factored in through the suburb and post code you have entered.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes, as soon as your items have been dispatched an invoice with receipt of payment will be emailed to you. A tracking number will be included in the body of the invoice under shipping.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIME FRAMES?

These are determined by our shipping partners and every effort to achieve them will be made.

Depending on the Suburb and Post Code entered you will be presented with a number of alternatives:

• Australia Post
  • Standard service (3-5 business days)
  • Express service (next business day within Express Post Delivery network)
• Startrack Couriers
  • Road Express (3-5 business days)
  • Fixed Price Premium – 1kg, 3kg, 5kg default (next business day)
  • Premium (next business day)
• Click & Collect
  • This option is only available for pick up at our Brisbane warehouse
• Free Shipping
  • Currently for all on-line orders over $100

CAN I COLLECT?

The option exists to collect direct from our warehouse in Brisbane. Select CLICK & COLLECT option at checkout. Orders placed before 12:00 will be ready for collection the same day.
