Uses
- A mixing valve used to combine flow from 2 ports and direct it to a third.
Advantages
- A T-Port configuration can offer 4 different flow patterns: All 3 ports open, 2 ports in a straight line open, or any of the ports in a L-Formation (see diagram below).
Operation
- Allows for flow to any two ports (in either the straight line or L configurations).
- Allows for flow in all 3 port simultaneous - acting like a regular Threaded Tee Fitting.
- Flow cannot be shut off from all 3 ports.
